Its about the intensity . Walking 5km wont be hard but running the same is tough . So its the same ur relationship could be intense for you n hence its taking more time . Dw youll get there

We have event of 21 km to 50km usuallyβ¦but when practicing we only have to run the same amount of event distance all throught the weekβ¦
Like if i have a event of 50kβ¦then ill run 8km everyday for a week to make a total of 50kmβ¦thats the way of practice

Breathing properly instantly doubles the staminaβ¦you just gotta recognise and practice your rythmβ¦i use 3:2 (3 steps inhale : 2 step exhale)breathing if im running at the pace of 5 min a kmβ¦and if i speed up thn it 2:2 or even 2:1β¦
Its easy to get off rythm when youβre trying to teach your body but concentrate and youll get the hang of itβ¦
And most imp of allβ¦be consistent, atleast 3-4 runs a week

When im running and switching breathing techniquesβ¦i like to imagine like im shifting my gearsβ¦as if im a carπ
Ohh i do this too π . My stamina is around 2k so for me for the first km ill run breathing with my nose n aftrr that from the mouth all gassed outπ
Thats great, well i inhale from nose and exhale from mouth righy from the start all through the end

Also im not sure but ur keeping her with u by maybe keeping her in ur thoughts so anything that is related to her get rid of it β¦ N just dont look back . If thoughts about it arise just brush it off
