The best way to overcome this feeling js to start having some routine. Fix time for your exercise, reading new books and learning new skills. Maintain a dairy and note how I felt that day and make it a goal to make the next day much better. Work on becoming the best version of yourself. Because unfortunately people get attracted to those who are SELF LOVING at Max! And u don’t need to prove anyone and take their approval on anything. They don’t know your struggles and what all u to through just to wake up in the morning! Yu keep working on u!!!
