My mom threatened me with a huge knife when I was a kid and hit me everyday. I was so scared of her that I couldn't even talk about my tuition teacher who m***sted when I was 13. When I brought this up today, she says I'm over dramatic and make a scene out of everything. I was wearing inappropriate clothes was her conclusion. I was wearing a salwar suit with a ridiculously thick dupatta. I have 2 more incidents as such and never spoke about those. I don't think I will ever talk about that again. I'm a single mother. She taunts me that I'm divorced because I voice out my opinions and being a womean should keep my mouth shut. When a woman doesn't have the freedom of talking about her issues to her mom then where would she go.

Harassment

My mother has been harrassing me mentally. She is against my job. I work as a software engineer. She keeps bugging me for marriage. And when i refuse she threatens to kill herself. Its exhausting. I am on the verge of breaking down of running away . She hides my laptop so i cannot work, just last week she threw my laptop.

Sometimes I don't feel like talking to anyone and because of this my mother gets angry on me.What should I do?And plz let me know if I'm wrong.


Stress

My mother and I aren’t talking to each other since yesterday. She was being very rude to me all morning so in the afternoon when again she said something rude I lost my calm and screamed at her that she needs to stop being so rude to me. She isn’t seeing her fault and thinks I misbehaved with her so she’s ignoring me and I’m also ignoring her because I didn’t like the way she was talking to me. So now we’re both ignoring each other and not talking at all.

Family

now they're freaking treating me like they treat my mom very badly 
and my mom doesn't even say anything 

i feel like my mom doesnt care for me and my siblings because we constantly starve she lies about not having money for food but she always buys two packs of cigarettes everyday making us starve. i recently came home from school in a different city and she never calls to ask how i am or how things been so thats why i feel like she dont care for me i have more stories to tell but 

My home life has been totally stressful. Since I was 8. But im 18, its still bad. Its mainly just my mother. She is so toxic because she doesn't apologize for anything, thinks she's always right, is super unsupportive, she's rude, she talks shit to me all the time, she doesn't help me do anything plus she is super strict.  I get overwhelmed sometimes, she will treat me like crap for no reason, make me cry, and never apologize, never leave me alone. She doesnt do anything for me except make me 1 meal a day, I have to cook everything else. Im just tired, I have no car, no way of leaving this stupid house. She took my phone too... Im 18 and Im going to college soon, I am tired of being treated like a child, can anyone relate? or do yall have advice on how to handle this?

Lately, I have been having these issues with my mom. I don't know why, but she is practically the reason I am becoming anxious, depressed, regular headaches, and even poor confidence. 
I know that she loves me, but the problem is when she thinks I should do whatever she told me to do. She wants me to just help her all day. I get doing household chores is tiresome, and I should help her. Bu repeatedly nagging me to do something, taunting me is making me recoil back. 
I mean even a little appreciation will do. I swoop the whole house, arrange everything and many other things but she forgets them and says "you did nothing today". 
Whereas my brother just brings a bread packet and there she is praising him. 

I get angry easily, it is hard for me to be quiet when I am being accused wrongly, and I just lash out. Which I know is bad, but I am trying to control it. But my mom just pushes my boundaries way too much. I am literally living in hell now, since everybody sides with her. My father and sibling are like I am wrong. 
I am so tired.

Oh god, I just vented that out, and it feels good even though it is just a quarter of it.
