It just sometimes feels like there is so much burden in life.
not only in the present, I think about the future too.
There are so much stress with whatever career path we choose, and of course, performance anxiety.
I know that this is part and parcel of life but it seems a lot. I don’t want to run away from it but I don’t want to lose my happiness and tranquility over it. 😕
I think it’s just the way you look at things. There is burden in life because you think of it as a burden. Maybe try to change your perspective. Think of it as a responsibility. That you are strong enough to handle that responsibility. And what we choose in life, future or present, it’s all about experiencing new things. Now experiences can be good or bad, definitely not stressful.
I know I am no one to say anything to you since I am literally depressed, but this is what I think.

I know how you feel. Everyday you are needed to do hours of work, hours of studying, learning, socializing even when your exhausted. It’s hard. Make sure to give yourself time and space for YOU time where you can idk get a massage, go to a party or dance around to music you like. Just always make time for you

I feel you. Just don’t thing that the path you choose now is the only one you will walk trough. You can always try a lot of diferent things and see what you like or just change career in the future. Life is too long to be stuck at one thing but also too short to not be doing what you like.
