It has been 5 months since my breakup. That person all most ruined my life. I wasn’t allowed to complete my graduation, go out, talk to people, i was so traumatized. But now things are better than before. I used to cry a lot. Those panic attacks, anxiety use to trigger me a lot. But still at times i feel so suffocated in my house. My parents doesn’t support me that munch. And diverting mind from his thought isn’t working out any more. I have no idea what should I do to get out of this situation.

I have similar situation. And now I have zero person to talk. My sole purpose of being here is to talk to someone who can understand my feelings, at least not hurt me. I am feeling so lonely and down that it’s affecting my life. Can you talk with me, plz?
