It gets harder and harder for me not to cut. Therapy don’t help. I didn’t cut but a minute ago I scratched my forehead a bit hard and I remembered the feeling I got from cutting. I tried telling myself don’t but I still wanted to… In summary it’s hard being clean and I want to cut again but I can’t 😐

ah the old feeling is resurfacing. i’ve been there and failed mostly but i tried coping with it by scratching and cutting papers instead and somehow, they did end up diverting my attention

Find different ways to flood your brain with endorphins / dopamine (either one) Music really helped me in recovery.
