Is this necessary for me to feel down every morning I wake up nd tired every night I go to my bed. Am I getting depression? I’m just down to do anything new :’(

Vahi na, don’t expect anything from anyone, just be yourself, and leave others in hell.
You should probably do some physical workouts or exercise or just a long walk is enough to feel good, try to listen to positive or happy or exciting songs, drink lots of water cause dehydration also affects brain so also eat some healthy and to reduce built up congestion in your head try to meditate or just breathe deeply.
In 7days youll see change and in 21 days you’ll be felling really good.
