Anxiety

The job I've gotten is permanently wfh, and it's related to something i love to do. But the people i work with can get really troublesome, and it makes me want to quit. I've already left two jobs because of certain reasons. 

I know in every job I'll have frustrating days. Maybe i should just learn to take it on the chin and continue.

Can anyone tell which institute is best for CATexam,

I am here for straight up career advice. I have a government job which is extremely low paying and daftari kind of but it has promotion perks in the near future. Lets say my pay will be 27k in the next 1. 5 years and 45k in 4 years. Meanwhile I have also completed my Masters in Physics from a top uni with a really good CGPA of 8.0. Should I opt for NET/PhD or continue doing my job? My basic need/goal in life is to be able to have a work life balance and keep working till my body can handle lets say my 50s. Knowing the oversaturated phd market in india and abroad would you suggest me to quit my job even if it has low job satisfaction and  and low pay (for now) ?
