Ok…then let me answer one question…
R u been able to differentiate between overthinking and anxiety both at normal and complicated situation

In a normal or calm situation,
While thinking of something if I’m able to move then it’s just overthinking. I won’t react much while overthinking. And if not then it’s mild anxiety. I stopped doing everything for a moment. Here, example for this, you are preparing food for guests. You are relaxed and adding unwanted and experimental things(overthinking) to it just to make it better. Later, someone came and tells you that guests will be there in a minute. You will panic and start preparing everything faster(anxiety) than the time it will take but food will be good.

In a complicated situation,
Everything above goes on another level. This time overthinking stopping me from doing anything. If I get anxious I’ll be numb. It’s like a rush going through my mind. I’ll start connecting random things. Here, example for this, guests just arrived and now you will start making food(overthinking). You have less time to cook but you can do it. This time, the quality of food(outcome) is just ok. Later someday you found out that you have a guest who’s about to leave. You want to make food for him/her. This time it makes you so panic(anxious) that you put everything together and kept in front of the guest without thinking about what they will think of you.

And that’s my answer to that question. What are your views?🙂
