Is taking a break in employment (6 - 9 months) bad? Would it have a negative influence over my future job opportunities? I need suggestions…not sure whether I should quit my job or not. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my job. Just Want a break from all of this.

Sometimes you get exhausted with the continuous work. just go on a long vacation, even if without paid, make some emergency excuse in the company.
Use that time to think clearly about your situation and what you want to achieve and then decide
