I moved on from my ex and now he's emotionally blackmailing me and asking me to get back into the relationship with him again and I'm tired of denying.

He's saying I never loved him that's why I moved on easily (such a manchild he is)

I doubted my boyfriend again and he ran and did everything to prove to me that he didn't cheat. And now I feel so guilty of the things I accused him of. I can never stop my thoughts from thinking about anything that can go wrong and with that there's no stop to how I worry about it. He calmed me down but the guilt of putting him through something like this and also embarrassing myself so much makes me feel so low. And by time ik that this would destroy my relationship in the long run. He didn't do anything wrong but fear and everything just got me down and made me think of the worst case possible.
It has always been like this for me. I am trying to get professional help but I don't think I'd get better without ending up losing a great guy.

Boyfriend

Past one year of mine has been pathetic where i have tried to please a narcissist personality and i was being manipulated, i didnt realized it , they are too good in telling lies so its not easy to crack them , plus they are pro in rotating the conversation’s. It was my mistake also that i didnt saw the actions i only trusted words which were full of fakeness and lies.

Narcissists never share several things, and the number one thing would be the truth. Every decision, word, or thought that is made is initiated with a lie when dealing with someone who has NPD narcissistic personality disorder. They never share their true intentions, and what they're truly capable of doing to their victims. They don't want you to know they are only in it for themselves. They won’t never share that they intentionally seek out innocent, vulnerable, empathic, generous, or kind people because doing so makes them feel important. They never share that they dehumanize their victims by leaving them traumatized and paralyzed by their shocking nefarious behavior. Of course, if they’re cheating on you, they won’t share that information, and when you confront them, you will be met with denial, and devaluation. They never share that they don't play fair and will throw a curb ball your way when you least expect it. Sometimes, your brain won’t be able to catch up with their lies, manipulation, and abuse.

Now let’s dive a little deeper:

Some do not share their past, and if they do, they only share what they choose to want you know for the sake of sympathy or to manipulate you. They never share that they really want to know what really hurts you so they can use that against you in every possible way. They hate sharing things such as money, food, their car, comfort, time, genuine affection, honesty, deep rational conversations, good news, family, friends, children, need to know information, and anything that will benefit them. Though, they demand and expect you to share those very things with them. They never openly admit to their authentic inner feelings such as feeling insecure, miserable, sad, lonely, and broken. They will never share that there is a significant and profound fear of abandonment residing at the core of their inner psyche. They will never share that they don’t want you, but they need you. They will never share that they hate being alone and feeling unloved or unwanted, which explains their constant appetite for something that cannot be satisfied. They will never share that they’re sensitive, needy, and do not like being criticized. Most narcissists won’t admit that they’re jealous of you, because of your sense of normalcy, which drives them to creating chaos, confusion, and drama. Some will never share that they have sold their soul to the devil. Lastly, they will never share their deepest darkest secrets with you. May you know the signs, may you protect your mental-emotional health, and may you not be a victim of narcissistic abuse.



Adulting

For once I wanna feel good enough.. I have been struggling with insecurities and anxiety all my life.. I don't feel good enough in any thing whether it's my love life, career or personal. I have a hard time accepting that I am capable of love. All my life I never had any bad intentions for anyone.. I was the helper.. The therapist friend.. But for once in life. There is no single person who could understand me 🙂 . Sometimes I feel like crying.  I want a break from my life a big one no internet no people no family nothing. I wish I could go somewhere where no one could bother me . I can't do this anymore.. I lost the spark... I was soo full of life.. Am just a sad person now and I can't do anything abt it.. Am not able to change myself or anything about my life.. I'm Helpless.
