Is it only me that I have days I am hyperactive and I study sooooo much and there are days when I don’t feel like studying at all. It sucks.

I have a feeling about what the issue here is at hand. Based on these cycles you’re explaining you’ve just clearly not yet fully recognised how to sense when you are approaching burnout - it’s nice to work when you’re hyped up but you’ll most likely become more aware in time when you are approaching burnout, the moment you feel something off you should take a day off and then force yourself go back to your hyped up working self again the next day. That is if you want to avoid these complete few days of burnout and do more work in the long term. I speak from a similar experience, I learnt my boundaries and limits over time and hopefully you might learn more about yours more too in due time. Just keep in tune to your feelings a little more in a sense, know when it will come and stop it before it becomes too large scale.
