Is it ok to take pseudo Experience to get job ? Am making a career change from accounting to business analyst. Should I go as a fresher or take fake experience 

then they would expect you to work as someone experienced and that adds undue pressure on you later on 

it's always good to start fresh and not fake, by faking, i think down the line would probably get into trouble 
try for companies like ZS Associates and MU Sigma or EXL they give chance for people to switch to data analyst/data science 

I too wanna go as a fresher .. but most companies ask for experience at-least of year or so ..

is it good if i join a university that is in the top 10 of that continent  or shuld i go for the top universities of the world.
