It’s normal that your mood switches! I am happy that you can feel happy for a moment. Me as an optimistic person tempt to enjoy those and to soften the fact that I also feel shit most of the time. Life works like that for me. But that doesn’t mean that we should give up! I hope that you can get rid of those thoughts soon. Remember that it is okay to not be okay, take a break. Sit down and don’t force yourself to do things that you don’t have the energy for. Be careful and take good care of yourself please. There is enough time, this is just a chapter from your life!
