Is it just me or do a lot of people are inherently opposed to and likely to rebel positions of power whether it be teachers, class cr, college prez, country prez, people in administrations or highly popularized media persones like spiritual gurus and what not? Is it just me or can other people smell bs from a mile away too?

We are *not* our emotions.
Emotions are internal experiences that reflect what's going on externally as well as our past experiences.
When emotions drive our behavior, we do things we regret or go into self protection mode.
Solution:
When we learn how to witness our emotions, we see ourselves as separate from them. We become the witness experiencing emotions.
Then, we have *CHOICE* and can act in alignment with our values.
Emotions are messengers, not factual. 🧿

I Really liked one of my schoolmate I told him I like you but he said he considered me as a good friend I asked him to meet me but he said he is busy and eventually after dew days he moved out of India he still kept in touch by sending posts and memes on Instagram I was not able to get over it so I stopped responding to his messages back in Oct even he stopped messaging me after 15-20 days he didn't even asked me hey how are you? or why are you not responding is everything alright may be I was not special to me but I still miss his messages I don't know when I will overcome him but I miss him very badly
