Is anyone here have the same problem?
I feel like my body isn’t allowed me to cry. So whenever I get upset or whenever I want to cry, my body immediately feels like shutting down. It’s like I start to feel really sleepy. Once I start to cry, at that moment I fall asleep.
Is it okay in? Or do I need to get help?

Um it’s a bit weird but idk. I feel like you should start working on your self. Maybe try meditation for a while and see if it works. Do shadow work. Script down your thoughts. Ask to yourself why do I feel this way and how can I help myself. Know that emotions are meant to let go. Let them out. Cry,laugh,break. Take your time.

I know i have been here. It happens with me all the time. When you get depressed you fall asleep. I found the remedy to this by working out. Some yogas or cardios will help.

Try Journaling your feelings… i also felt the exact same way and it helped me. Sometimes crying helps to ease the pain
