 Instagram is a validation machine for women. She comes on there, posts a picture, gets her dose of confidence from it, then goes back to sleeping with the main guy. Don't try to pursue her there. Focus on yourself and build your own value.

Anxiety is kicking me again. I don't knw what to do. Why I'm getting anxious for small reasons. I knw what exactly I should do to get away from it but i can't just do it. I'm breathing heavily and tensed. Someone just comment something to distract myself away from it.
