3am Thoughts

Day 73 of writing journal entries.

I had a nice productive day today, I cleaned up the living room well and I did some laundry. I’m realizing I need more sunlight, I know, that sounds so sad to have to say that. 😂 But the honest truth is I need to be outside more, in the sun. When I did some yard work a few days ago, I actually felt flipping fantastic, my mood was great and I was so happy even though all I did was yard work, but I was in the sun, so I felt good. :)

I’m going to try and go outside from now on. I suggest this for you to if you tend to be more of an inside person. Trust me, it’ll help your mood way more than you realize. I hope you’re doing well! 🧡

Compassion

So there’s this guy I really like. We met online and became really good friends. It’s been about 5 months now. Everything was good at the beginning we used to talk a lot and it was fun talking to him. But the thing is I started having feelings for him like really strong ones and I know that he doesn’t feel the same way. He says stuff like he likes talking to me and that I’m important to him but as they say actions speak louder than words. He returns my texts after hours sometimes even after like 12-13 hours. I know that that I deserve better than this but I’m just loosing my mind. I cant stop thinking about him. It’s like he’s the only thing on my mind. I reply to him within seconds and yet he ignores me. I cry myself to sleep every night. I honestly don’t want to feel like this anymore. Can someone please help me.
