Alright, just so you know these sensations are temporary and it’ll pass within an hour or so. So until then have some cold water or whatever that helps you relax. You even go for a walk. Also you may feel it’s because of the situations you have in life that you are feeling this way right now, it’s not… the accumulated stress is making your body behave the way it is now. It’s temporary and it’ll pass.

If you don’t know that helps you calm down, you can search for self hypnosis sessions on YouTube and just listen to it as long as it takes to relax you a bit or maybe even help you sleep. Try dan jones for that matter, any self hypnosis of his, you’ll find multiple for anxiety as well.
