I’m very stressed. I’m having alot of mood swings. Feeling like crying out loud,but there isnt any specific reason for me to do this . I’m really confused with the state of mind I’m in. Really dono what is wrong. Could anyone please help me out ?
Maybe it’s just that your overthinking about things or something deep in your subconscious is making you feel that …you need to confront your feelings and work on them

Sometimes crying is good, for letting out your emotions but not to often. Just remember one thing that everything happens for a reason, you’ll surely feel better soon, just don’t overthink much. Also, I believe in you
