I'm stuck in a problem and I'm not sure if I'll get out of it the way I want to.
My previous employer is not giving me my relieving letter bcz according to them I didn't serve whole notice period which was of 40 days. When I resigned there my supervisor told me that I can serve 15 days as I was still on probation. But now that I'm asking for my RL they are not approving it and my supervisor is not taking my calls or texts. 
My new employer is demanding that RL. I've told them that I might not get it and explained the issue. I don't know if it'll play out like I want it to.

I hope so, giving a fake RL was not an option. They would've caught this and then terminated me for good. At least I think I have a chance by telling them the truth.

I don't think so. As per them I didn't serve the whole notice period, which is correct in a way. This company was blacklisted a few years earlier, last year they were removed from this list. And have a history of not giving RLs and full salary to their employees. That's why I left in 3 months. But now this. My new employer is trying to resolve this issue, but I'm afraid what will happen.

and was wondering if anyone who knows abt bba or who is doing bba or has done bba can help me a little bit .

Confusion

As it is said, it takes two hands to clap, so does any relationships.
It is not solely a person's duty to take care of a relationship. 
Efforts has to be made from both parties.
I am not talking only about romantic relationships.
Parent-children, husband -wife, siblings, enployer-employee, teacher-student, name any, efforts matter.
Relationships sink when one party starts contributing less. 

If only, many people understood this, the world will eventually become bearable to live!

I think i can never be loved and validated by anyone like my own parents just neglected my presence for all these years i got no friends cause i was bullied by some of my friends which just left me traumatized for ever. I was abused by my cousins when i was just a kid and it had me built boundaries for boys n even when i dated one whom i loved the most he apparently left me and other boy when i was in a phase off moving on abused me .I have witnessed a traumatized childhood since birth like my parents have a unhealthy relationship and my father is very abusive and he can't hold back his anger so he have always beaten me up for even a slightest sin i did or for nothing. All these years i just wanted to be heard and understood by others i don't need sympathy of anyone and i don't want anyone to feel pity about me all i need is affection which i been craving for like forever. It's a curse to live like this, i just feel too lonely most of the days and i end up overthinking about hell alot of things i wanna make it stop but nothing is in my hand. I feel like dating sometimes even few people approach me but then i don't want to regret everything like i did in the past and good people are so hard to find. I think i gonna probably die alone like this any time sooner.

I knew I'm so strong enough to face all the problems ...but when it comes to family matters uff i become more sensitive and i cry like a kiddo 😩 i always have the top priority to my family..but in their priority list I'm somewhere out of list...😂funny right but true things...
