I’m struggling daily and I know that but I act like I really don’t care but then when you keep bottling up things the bottle blast and today. No one knows but yeah I really feel that I really need a therapist but idk so much mess lol. I don’t want to act cool or that I’m happy when I’m not. I’m a mess like a really bad mess. Struggling very badly. I’ve severe anxiety issues and little bit symptoms of depression I know that but I don’t know how to convince my parents to take me to a therapist. I’m just a mess (:

Hi!
Its completely fine. Everyone has their days and gets burst out when bottling up many things at one place. I do too.
The way you would have said you have a fever, I need to see a doctor. In the same way talk to them and say I need a therapist and I can’t sit like this and treat it myself. I want help and its nothing to be ashamed about.

Hey! I know therapy can be expensive and sometimes you need to go through parents but there are affordable options like MindPeers that make therapy a little more affordable you can even google free therapy sessions. Reaching out for professional help is best ♥️
