I'm so scared of telling my parents that I want to choose the commerce stream
Idk what will be their reaction as they always want me to choose the science stream at some point I also wanted to chose that but now I guess  I want to opt for commerce .
Why do all the parents want thier child to choose science stream why ?? 
Why is commerce considered not in power with science ? 
 

A little intro : I have just finished giving by 10thboards exams  


But what if my parents don't agree to this 

I'm still confused in my career options so  it wouldn't be a loss for me if I take up commerce I would have two options 

Yeh hai but  I don't have my mind set on taking science 

Not scared of maths and science  and not taking as my friends also taking but it's my choice to take commere and I scored quite well in physics but I don't like physics that much

If you don't want to take science, don't take it at any cost 

because 11th and 12th science and math isn't a joke

tip: take what you are interested so later in life you can't impose your failures to parents...and you would be responsible for success and failure

i just wanted to ask you guys about your financial struggles because im having some major one's right now , i have a single mom who can't afford to pay my school fees as of now and the school board called us and told me to not attend school until my mom doesn't pay the fees , its been months and honestly i feel like im the only one with this situation and i just sit at home with nothing to do and its so depressing

Hey Guys !!!
I need your help .....

My parents are against my dreams and ambitions. I wanted to be a singer at first but then they told me that I will have no future because I will be wasting my time on useless career and that I am not very talented. 
I guess they were right about me being not talented so I made up my mind to become start my own business. I wanted to open up a coffee shop but I haven't planed a lot about it since I am still studying. When I told my parents about it, they told me that it would be an embarrassment  to the family and that people would think I am crazy... 

I really don't know what to do........... I want to make my parents proud but at that same time follow my dreams 

Family

So currently I am a neet dropper..
So basically I cleared neet in my first attempt with a very decent score..
I got good government colleges in my city and 2-3 decent college out of my city too..
But I didn't wanted to do my MBBS in my city because I wanted to move out from my family because it's very chaotic nature of my house there are fights everytime...
So when the colleges were given..
I got one in delhi and one in Pune..but my parents don't want me to send outside to study because they think ladki bigad jaayegi and she'll make boyfriend and do drinking and all..they told this to my aunty and my cousin heard it and told me...bit they told me that the college I have got is not good and better I continue in my city only...
So I told them I'll give neet again and then will a better college but now I am regretting it..but I wanted to go out of this hell house..but they'll not send me and also the education in my city is not that good
I told them mujhe kota jana hai in 11th still they didn't agree...
And if I do mbbs in my city I'll still have to be stuck here for 5-6 years which I don't want..I want independence..
I seriously thought in 10th ke bas ab ek saal inko jhel lete hai..fir 11th me socha chalo 2 saal aur tolerate kr lete hai..fir finally I'll be free..but I can't do this anymore yaar..
Maine boht baar bola but they told you can't go anywhere aur jana hai to mummy aur bhai ko sath me leke jao..but unse hi to mujhe alag hona hai..
I don't know what to do..mujhe lagta hai iss baar bhi mere city ke bahar ka acha college nhi milega..
I can't live here for 5 years anymore

Frustration

Hey, IDK really know how I have been feeling. I just came here to rant about some stuff which I've been facing. I'm a 12th class student like I've just entered 12th grade and there's already alot of pressure to score 90%+ as I chose my fav stream and went against my father as he wanted me to take up science and I didn't. I wanted to take up humanities and that's what I did but then I've alot of pressure I need to prove him that I did the right choice for myself and for my career. I wish to go abroad for my further studies but now as I've chose the stream according to me my father is just willing to help me for like Indian universities which I'm not that much stressed about but like I'm more stressed about how I'm gonna get it? How should I apply for scholarship then? Everything is just a mess and then online school comes giving alot of assignments, projects and shitty things. Plus I don't even feel like waking up in the morning even if I sleep around 10pm. When I wake up my body just pains and hurts and I feel tired and sleepy. Also, I'm someone who almost stays anxious 24/7 I just don't know how to deal with anything but I also don't wanna give up... 🙃

I actually lied to my parents about studying for entrance exam while i haven't  and within few days exam is gonna happen i am not sure how to tell my parents about my situation that i haven't studied for exam
