I’m so fed up of people always asking me if i’m tensed about smth. i can’t do anything like… it’s the way my face is. i can’t do anything abt my face. yall suggest me to say smth good so that they’ll shut their fucking mouth forever. i’m just sooooooooooo fed up :/

I had the same experience too! One thing I learnt as I grew up was that, it doesn’t matter what people say to you. If you want to change how you look outside, start smiling everyday and practice is it so that you face becomes relaxed. I used to frown a lot and my mates in school used to pick on me. But eventually I’ve gone through all that shit and here I am happy with myself. Don’t worry about answering them, it can’t change anything. Also you can be cool by saying “It is what it is!”

well that’s right but yk sometimes i cant help it… it’s like out of control and i’m just too late to control it now… like i just escape the overthinking thing and i seriously hate it. abt my face, i swear it’s gonna take a lot of time to relax it… and abt saying that, i’m not confident and i hesitate a lot while talking… it’s like i’m still learning to talk
