I’m feeling horrible. I feel worthless and alone. I feel like a joke. I’ve been having a hard time because so much has happened in the last 12 months. I’m kind of realizing things that are going to happen and I’ve been trying to keep my composure but I broke today. I recently got my permit and I was driving and my dad was raising his voice at me and I started to cry because I felt like a disappointment. He asked if I was okay and I tried to say I’ll be fine and he started to laugh. It feels like no one is taking me seriously. I feel like I can’t open up to anyone or I’d be sent somewhere. Today was one of my worst days. I just want someone to help me.

I don't know what's wrong with me.. why I feeling anxious, my hand are shaking, my head feel heavy and spinning around nd heart beat I really don't know but yeah I can feel it how fast it is actually it not even fast it's full with fear like when we ride a horrible ride that kinda fear or scared you feel in ur heart just like that nd you know what the fun fact is I m not thinking anything like seriously not even positive or negative just all blank... Why I m feeling this ??? Please someone help me to get it out coz it's about 2 days I am continuously feeling same sometimes  slowly nd sometimes  strongly but it's irritating and scary at the same time.


I ask her if she wants to try again and she said there's a part of her that wants to try again but she's afraid of the future and she don't want to hurt me again

But I still love her and I really wanted things to work out.
