I’m preparing for competitive exams but I don’t know why I study for 1 month and I’m at my best. I’m not studying at all and I don’t feel like studying. And when I do study it’s like one day it’s good but another day I don’t want to.
How do I overcome this. I feel guilty for not studying but even then I’m not studying and it is very important for me to focus.
What should I do?

See If you are preparing for neet. I would suggest you that make formula sheets of each chapter be it Chemistry or physics.
Revise a chapter write formulas and then solve questions and combine it with one or two chapters of biology
Never combine physics with chemistry.
And for consistency set realistic goals for each day. Don’t be like today i will complete 3 chapters of physics pr something stick to as many as you can. And combine it with bio. Try to just read the chapters over and over again when you’re taking rest

Find out that works out for you. I mean to say that find something that suits you well and goes for a long run with you. Like if you love to take breaks and then study, do that, if you love to study online, do that. Do what suits you, do not be harsh with yourself.
