I’m not motivated to do anything… want to do some projects like art, craft or go out or so … but my body just doesn’t move towards doing it … i just keep lying down and sitting …

Does anyone also feel the same? And is this a normal thing? What to do about it ?

It is normal till a certain time. However, if it is increasing then you must be concerned about it. Take small steps first. Just write a page on the first or meditate the another day. Don’t clutter your mind with different ideas. Be clear. One task a time. You may go on a solo walk nearby and it will have positive affect too.

Yes that’s normal this days, but it’s a serious disease. Charge yourself and involve yourself in day to day life in moment. Keep doing something, you clean room or re arrange or organise your room or anything as cleaning, that’s the beginning it can help you to get rid of it.

What you lack is massive action in you, no motivation or no mantra will work untill you put your first effort of action.
First step is always the hardest, encourage yourself andtake massive action.

You need a purpose in life. I am not even kidding once you find the right purpose your productivity, confidence and intrinsic motivation increases multifold. You have probably thought your purpose is to do well for Parents and stuff but if you haven’t gotten the motivation yet then that purpose isn’t strong enough. You need to find something stronger.
