I genuinely feel for you in this tough spot. It’s like going a few rounds with a heavyweight, but the good news? You don’t have to go solo. Reach out to your squad, family, or even a pro – seriously, they’re there to be your backup. Consider dropping a line to a counselor or helpline; taking that step is a sign of strength, not weakness. Your well-being is a big deal, and you deserve support.
You know how relationships can feel like a wild rollercoaster, right? Life’s throwing curveballs, and it’s okay to ask for help. I had a client in a similar boat, and let me tell you, couples counseling was a complete game-changer for them. Maybe give it a shot, have an open chat with your husband about what’s bugging you. And don’t forget to carve out time for self-care – you’re the captain of this ship, and this journey comes with co-pilots.
As your friendly counseling psychologist, I’m genuinely here to listen and help you navigate through this phase. Let’s make your mental well-being a top priority.
Wishing you immense strength and support.

Ending life isn’t the solution for anything specially when the pain is because of someone else. Why someone’s action can make you think to end your own life, life is not so value less so please try staying away from a person who is not making you feel good
I will only become lonely
Veena accept my connection request i can help you
I should try to solve this issue,if u r comfortable so we can discuss.
Don’t think about ending anything. It’s just a impulsive action. Try to talk through your husband and family members
