Iβm new here and this is a bit difficult to be honest, but the anonymity feels liberating. Iβm isolating in my room (day 5 of COVID) and Iβm feeling better but I canβt seem to do anything. Iβm afraid of feeling guilty later that I didnβt use this time to tidy up my room or (Iβm a teacher) prepare lesson plans for next week, which logically I should be able to do but I canβt seem to bring myself to do it. Any advice?
