I’m losing the motivation to do anything

I’m just sitting in class and next thing you know, I cant focus and then tears start to go down my face. I obviously hid it, but how long can I keep doing that?

I want to leave, but there are people who know about my depression, I don’t want them to worry about if I’m relapsing.

Going through something is really a process and when you say relapse, you’re immediately scared for others who worry about you. I suggest you to stop worrying about them being worried about you. If you can’t concentrate in the class then it is absolutely OKAY. it’s been a very bad year. Not everything or everyone is living their life like Warren buffet

Thank you, love. But we over thinkers can’t do that so easily. I always find myself straying from classwork, even when the answers are being provided. I now realize though, I can’t relapse if I never went into remission. I’m trying to better myself though. I will try for myself and everyone who cares about me. Even you.πŸ’œπŸ’œ
