I’m in the middle of a slump, and my mental health isn’t the greatest. Your mind has a way of convincing you of dead ends, and my brain happens to be impressively good at doing that. Thankfully, this time around, I have the resources to fight it and that’s exactly what I’m going to do. I might be terrified of going back to the place I fought so hard to get out of, but I’m stronger this time and a reckless believer in recovery. Here’s to patience, recovery and strength???
