I’m in a relationship with this guy for a while now, he’s barely in town. And now he’ll go for further studies. Even when once in a blue moon he’s there he needs private space etc. I really like him but I feel very lonely what do I do

And since he’s going for further studies then it will be even more long distance…

He’s going away for further studies. He is focused on making his life work. His career, new experiences, new people and you’re gonna sit here and mourn a relationship (I suppose) that is already dying. Focus on your career first, everything else comes after. Try dating apps if you feel lonely. You’ll find a lot of attention and may be someone who understands you and can be a potential partner.
