I’m.getting insecure about myself. Earlier I used to love seeing myself in the mirror and appreciate what I’m but lately it is just being too draining. Ik I need to improve myself, I’ve been putting on weight but due this exams shit I’ve not been able to do it. Idk what to even do at this point
