Iβm.getting insecure about myself. Earlier I used to love seeing myself in the mirror and appreciate what Iβm but lately it is just being too draining. Ik I need to improve myself, Iβve been putting on weight but due this exams shit Iβve not been able to do it. Idk what to even do at this point
