Iโ€™m feeling very empty. I donโ€™t have anyone to talk to. I donโ€™t even think I know what Iโ€™m doing. All I know is that when I have a guy in my life, validating my feelings, giving me compliments. Thatโ€™s when Iโ€™m feeling good about my life. But know, I donโ€™t have anyone and I keep feeling sad. And that sometimes makes me feel anxious and depressed. I donโ€™t know what to do. Maybe Iโ€™m weak and canโ€™t by myself. ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ˜“

Donโ€™t feel sad, anxious or depressed. Go for a long walk, listen to your favorite song, have your favorite foodโ€ฆ Spend some time alone and talk good to yourself. Make some new friends also
