I’m feeling very empty. I don’t have anyone to talk to. I don’t even think I know what I’m doing. All I know is that when I have a guy in my life, validating my feelings, giving me compliments. That’s when I’m feeling good about my life. But know, I don’t have anyone and I keep feeling sad. And that sometimes makes me feel anxious and depressed. I don’t know what to do. Maybe I’m weak and can’t by myself. 🥺😮‍💨😓

Don’t feel sad, anxious or depressed. Go for a long walk, listen to your favorite song, have your favorite food… Spend some time alone and talk good to yourself. Make some new friends also
