I’m feeling so so numb. I want to cry but no tears are running. I want to feel the songs but they’re just words. I want to feel something but I can’t feel anything. How would I know what to do if I’m too numb about it!?

I’m talking about my relationship. I used to feel lots of emotions. Mostly the pain. Now, nothing! It’s just going on.
P.s. It’s easy to say let go but it’s not. I’ve tried fixing it but I’m past that too.

Wow this is so well put. Yeah actually being numb is actually helping me in a way and going with a flow is good thing for now yes. Time will tell everything.

You faced way too much pain darling. It’s just your mind’s way to give you a break from the sufferings by being numb. Your mind is healing. Give it time to heal. Acknowledge your numbness, don’t resist it… Let your own self heal. And don’t be too harsh on yourself. You will be back to being emotional again! Love and hugs
