Hey Guys! i am new to this platform, hope everyone is staying safe during these tough times. 

it's just been an absolute rollercoaster of emotions and feelings for me, i have been feeling like absolute shit since i woke up this morning. i haven't been able to concentrate and focus on work, i just feel absolutely worthless - you know that feeling when you know that you are sort of good for nothing but you have to like maintain this image for people. As an individual i just feel like i have no strengths at all, completely worthless.  I have a very supportive mother whom i just feel like i am exploiting by being like this. I feel very very low and i don't even want to open up to anyone.

Crazy never takes a day off in my house 

I'm feeling so lonely lately... Thinking about everything thing since childhood. The memories I don't want to think about flowing subconsciously. I'm tired of everything. It takes so much of energy to get out of bed and do a simple task. I even feel like quitting my studies so I take break every now and then in name of self love and then regret about it. I'm not of the type who will give up on life just because my life is being hard but still I feel like I need to hurt myself either physically or mentally. All the suicidal thoughts and the scene playing in my head what if I die? I go on crying for days without any reason. There's so much going on and I don't know how to get out of it.
