Im feeling dizzy and so much tired, my mind is upset. I want to quit drinking… But i don’t know how to make myself believe that i had quitted… Can some one help me… Whenever i club with my friends or they offers a drink i can’t resist… Am i becoming alcoholic…

If you drink occasionally, then it is considerable. But if it’s a daily business then it’s necessary for you to reduce it and stop eventually.

I don’t drink daily, but whenever i drink i drink it a lot… And in next morning i fell awkward about me

Maybe you should start reducing it. As you say it is difficult to resist, always think of a solid reason for why you want to stop drinking. Keep your mind firm on the fact that you have to resist it no matter what. Set small goals to achieve the larger good. Reward yourself for achieving every goal that you’ve set.
