I’m feeling alright. I haven’t been myself the last few days or months. Been feeling all kinds of different emotions. I sometimes feel alone I feel sad I feel depressed some days. Some days I just want to cry cuz the stress and the loneliness gets to me.

Its totally normal to feel low sometimes. Just try to get it out. Talk to your friend, family or even calm yourself down by listening to good music, trying to do stuff that you like. Or even come here, and say Hey!
I have been talking to my friends they listen to what I have to say. But when I try and talk to my family about it they seem not to be interested in talking or how I feel about things. I have been doing stuff that I like to do like play video games. I don’t have many friends up here where I live and I’m working pretty much all the time I get a day off here and there. It takes me a while to wind down.

Its really good that you are keeping yourself busy. Just group chats/group video calls/phone calls with your friends can work too sometimes.
Ya I have one friend that me and him text back and forth to see how we are doing. It’s hard not to be around my friends that I went to school with.

Yea…i understand that…and its more than what you choose to do…try learning a skill maybe…depending on the situation around you…because of covid-19.
Try to be best version of yourself and feel proud of yourself🙂
It’s been hard being able to find something to do cuz of this Covid-19 Pandemic. Like i just put in time off for holidays so my focus right now it to get through this next couple of month work hard and by no time my holidays will be here. I’m proud of everything thing I do. I have to keep my head held high and push through
