Give yourself a break. Go out travel around your favourite places or place, explore as much as u can. It’s a difficult phase for you but it will surely pass and you will come out of it being more stronger then before. So just have faith in yourself and on God most probably. Try to keep your mind away from negativity as much as possible…

Things from the past can haunt us and sometimes it’s difficult to get past through them but it’s not impossible.

U need to start to train your mind so that it would work according to you. Think the way if someone does brainwashed and we work according to them. In the same way u have to do that for your own self.
