I’m doing good past few days mentally. I’m being okay with things as they are. I’m not being as harsh on myself as I used to be and I love this state. I’m not saying I’m fully healed but I’m doing better. Some parts of me seems to be healed. I still be fearful sometimes about overthinking and depression but it’s okay! Just trying to focus on the present 😊
