Lonely

So i found out that my boyfriend with whom i have been in a relationship since 5 months shares a surname (sub caste) with my grandmother. Though they aren't related but since i am an north indian hindu. Marriage would mean rebellion. Since marriage is uncertain continuing relationship would be stupid so we decided to take a break for a month as of now. We always used to talk about how similar we were. We were extremely compatible in strange ways. 
What would you guys have done?

Try to understand what other wants to say? Just because you don't like the person doesn't mean he is always against you. First listen to him and respond accordingly.

I wake up without any good morning text and sleeps without goodnight text from anyone,

No one asks me how was your day but they want me to be there when they need any help,

I want to have attitude of I don’t care but my heart says you aren’t like this.

Sick🤕🤒😭😭😭😭😭

So this is my first time posting but I’m having a really hard time in my life right now. I am dealing with several severe mental health issues and no one is willing to help me. My parents love my physiatrist even though he refuses to listen to me and will only talk with my dad. I can’t get a councillor as they all tell me I’m too risky and complicated to deal with and on top of that my parents believe it’s a waste of money and time to have one. My school councillor keeps lying to me. Whenever I tell her I need help all she does is ignore me or say something she is going to do but never follows through. My friends are all fed up with me having issues and my parents want me to simply snap out of it. I’m so frustrated and everything seems to lead me to the same answer, suicide. I see that as my only out left as no one and nothing is helping me, and I don’t mean to seem needy or like I can’t do things myself because I can but this is simply too hard for just me and I’ve already tried to over come this for 7 years, by the way I’m only 17.
