I’m a very emotional person. I feel things intensely. Sometimes it turns normal things into extraordinary things and when I react to them then I realise I’ve been too emotional.
How can I tone my emotional nature down?
I want to be a healthy emotional person. Not an extreme one. Can someone please share tips?
Tip is don’t take urself seriously. Be less serious. Your thoughts are your own making.
Is there any trick on how to not take anything seriously. Because I would very much want to do that. But I don’t know how to do that.
It may sound lame to you, I think. But still 😅
It’s a genuine point. First think about it, see if ur too much invested in your emotions, then these things happen. Don’t take ur thoughts seriously. Make a general and write everything down or put on notes.

Just let things go on. You don’t need to take stress for everything. Keep yourself calm and relaxed. Try music. It stops overthinking and keeps you calm and composed.
