I’m a dark skinned girl. I actually don’t care much about it. But since childhood the hate I received was phenomenal. From family to friends to colleagues… everyone I know made some comment on my skin tone… ranging from how can a person be so dark or don’t go out in the sun. Apply this and that and all… obviously It has affected me but I’m strong. But I’m beginning to think is color really that important in life ? Could it be the reason I’m still single ?
