I’m 21 years old but my height is 4.9" and ny weight is also just 40. I look a 13 year old kid. Because of this I’ve very low self esteem and I don’t meet any new people. I joined an organization to remove this fear and tomorrow is the first meet-up. Tomorrow they organized a treasure hunt and I opted to volunteer. I cannot back out now. But I’m having self doubts now and think people will judge me and say I’m not capable for this. What should I do?
Hey boy / girl relax do not get insecure you capability depends upon you not how you look or your height why to talk stress and think what others would think abt arey let them think na what will happen nothing you are strong u can face them and let them judge so what u have the guts and you can do it and do it for yourself

There is nothing to be insecure about you pretty just the way you are. If you are scared of being judged let me tell you people there judgment is not going to effect you in anyway.

Great! Look how good everything was! But u were loosing hope, before even trying:(. Think if u had quit at first, then now you may have regretted.
