I’m 20, was sexually abused for around 8 to 9 times. People say the way i am is to seek attention, because they tend to be curios about those who are silent and doesn’t have much people they talk to. People expect me to be ‘happy happy’. Things gave me bad temper issues where i harm myself automatically.
I never let people’s opinion to bother me. It’s all fine.

I totally understand you… It’s quite easy to… Loose temper… But I would request you to shift focus… try meditation and spirituality… And that really really benifits I promise… It did to me…

😊 i did try meditating but when i try to empty my mind all the flashbacks appear and it gets intense

Try writing it down… Whenever I feel anxious or any past flashbacks come in my mind I write it down it is a great way to release it 😇

Self harm isn’t a good idea. Yes I understand (not completely but I do) that sometimes it gets put of control. Even most of the time. Just hold on for some more time. It’ll all get better. But you gotta work on it first. I’m really glad that you never let their opinion bother you.

It’s really easy to say things like this but this is the only way. Try relax and soothing sounds to keep your mind calm. Try box breathing and more. Keep yourself busy. Do self care. Put yourself above anyone.

Self harm isn’t something i chose, it’s just there. Not always just sometimes when i have taken in more than i can. It to some extent relives me. Will think about other things you mentioned.

Please talk to some one make a friend vent it out. Take help solve it. Dont harm yourself. It is not your mistake. Everyone points fingers at others for mistakes thats how world works. Hope you get out of it. Tc

I do have friends but i don’t know how to tell it to them, one which just killed me from in had happened long back which I only got a flashback 2 yrs back i was a kid i did not know what it was… and i don’t know. I don’t know how
