Ik im being manipulated and im helpless and stuck and i hate roses after today and ik im not the problem but he says i am, i hate how disgusting my life is rn, im actually hating affection, im hating love and intimacy and everything like that. No one should be in my position. I just want someone to understand that im not a bad person. I want to be happy.

I know it takes alot to face what you are going through right now … I really wish I could comfort you as a friend in this situation but know one thing that you are greater than the person who is manipulating you … you might be feeling helpless and stuck but accept the fact that you are not helpless … you have intuition and capability inside you to overcome this situation and learn something from it … it is your hurt and anxiety that is making you stuck in loop of negative thoughts … accept the fact that you are not victim in this situation , you choose to maintain your own identity and you are strong in this … all my emotional support to you … I know it’s very difficult in situations like these to maintain the calmnesss and peace but please don’t let it shake you to core … always know god is with you no matter what ….
