Update on my gynophobia

Last week I had severe gynophobia induced anxiety which was made worse by fever and body pain, now yesterday I felt better and decided to go out to buy groceries and I didn't make any eye contact with any of the women at the cash counter. I talked to my mother, texted my sister about her health and messaged my online competitive exam study partner about exam related updates and everything was feeling good up till night time. It struck me suddenly that I am not normal and weird, i have gynophobia coupled with schziophrenia and am 30 years old with no experience interacting
 with women. I lost interest in romance and marriage once I realised my mental illness and my inexperience are Major red flags and am just getting my hopes up for no reason. 


Therapist suggested to find a group or activity of mixed group and try to talk to women but am unable to find anything that interests me at the moment.

27 years of my life I've had the responsibility of handling abusive alcoholic and depressed parents who've been unhappy in their married life all along and have somehow managed to make me feel guilty about their mess ups. Since the age of 8 I've been responsible for protecting my younger sister. I thought I could get used to it. Because my mother had a high emotional dependence on me I could never have my own independence. I started dating a while back and the uncertainty and complications of that relationship has started to make me realize that all I want is one person I can feel normal with. One person who'd make me believe I'm worth being cared for. My anxiety flares up and I go into a crying spree for hours on daily basis. Because I crave affection. I'm not sure where as an individual I went wrong to deserve this state.

Anxiety

It's not the easiest thinking you can be on your own forever. I've convinced myself that I'm gonna die on my own and that no one will love me no matter how much they say it to me. My boyfriend tells me every hour, maybe even every minute that he loves me. He says it non-stop and I know he does it out of kindness to make me feel better. But I wonder if it's even true sometimes. I believe that he would break up with me at an instant if his best friend told him too. My bf always hangs out with him when he's around. And I'm not saying that out of jealousy, but from what I see. The only time he hangs out with me is when his best friends aren't around. I don't know what to do about it because I don't want to tell him.
