Playing sound like rain help. Rain on the roof, rain in my window, waves, winds, underwater sounds and silence of it really. And playing mind numbing games like candy crush… Sorta stuff like this, and also a nice bath before sleep helps most days when I have the strength and energy to do so. :) Thank u for asking
