I'm staying along in noida from around 6months, I barely have made good friends here. How would you celebrate your birthday if you are alone? (Won't get a work leave)

Never ever in my life I have gifted anything to anyone except my parents and siblings. It was the first time I was trying my best to make someone’s birthday special. I was making every attempt to select gifts that could have a special meaning. Although nothing was expensive or pricey, but it all had feelings. Never ever before I had invested so much of time, thinking and feelings to make someone feel special. But, chatyache gifts ahet (meaning gifts are so cheap), you bought these mini cup cakes because you know the other big cake you bought is just for you to eat alone, all these things were told to me. I was told that I spoiled his day, his birthday. I was blamed for things I did not do. And all I did is accepted everything he said just because I still didn’t felt like retaliating to spoil his day. But these small things are making me suffer and I feel suffocated. I am not able to talk to anyone or share my feelings

My favorite person doesnt even remember my birthday. I dont expecting a "happy birthday" from him. But at least he remember my birthday

Today was my daughter birthday and definitely a much better day then the week I hade! Today was a happy day for her!
