3am Thoughts

lately I've been seeing nightmares. and to tell you they be nightmarish nightmares! 
disclaimer: i not struggling with my mental health. it's pretty cool.
and that makes it even more confusing as to why i am having bad dreams. 
most of the time, they're about someone being murdered. and in my dreams, no body listens to me when i try to warn them. it's so frustrating! 

i wake up in the middle of night in cold sweat. and i can't go back to sleep. the nightmare replays in mind on repeat... 

Dreams

Dream : i thing dream is such a powerful thing because what you want from your life  just you have dream an it become true .....when you have guuts to face of from that situation........

The life in dream is so good than in reality. I slept too long just to live in my dream. Because I am creating the way I want, am letting the people I want in my life in the dream. It feels good, bit at the end i have to wake up to reality.

I am not at all alright 💔 my dreams are far more than a city but I have to adjust with my family for the well being of the family I am 17 now but I can't face the incidence happened with me when I was just 12 I get goosebumps while thinking of it I know no one's gonna judge me here but 🥺 it hurts when you can't talk about you biggest fear and the thing which keeps you awake even at the nights 💔  5 years of regret I really need to get over that I have no friends to talk about it no it's just me trying to swallow it by my own😩

Is it normal if one of your friends is dreaming about you in a sexual way? Like my friend told me that he dreamed about having sex with me and at first I thought he's joking but if it's a joke then this is the longest joke I've ever heard of, it's been 3 weeks and he's still saying that's true😐

I envy those who sleep without any worries. I can’t get sleep. I barely get any sleepy daily . I get nightmares everyday. My brain can’t stop working even in my sleep I keep thinking and worrying about everything. My worst nightmare is someone trying to kill me and observing me.
